Started in a Darjeeling kitchen. Still cooked like one.
Mitho means "delicious" in Nepali — the word our founder's family used at the table long before it became a menu. The momos here are pleated the way they were taught at home in Darjeeling: by hand, one at a time, no shortcuts for volume.
What's changed is the address. Mitho now cooks out of a licensed kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis, plating the same thali, chowmein and momo that grew up in the hills — sized for a Dubai order, priced for a weekday dinner.
We fold every momo to order, ten to a plate, because the one complaint you hear about every momo kitchen in this city is that the plate runs out too fast. Ours doesn't.
